These jogger chaps pants are fitted high on the natural waist and slightly flared out to be loose around the hips and thighs, then tapered to the ankles. You can pull up the pant legs for a "scrunched" capri look or pull them down to mid-calf. The standard inseam measurement for these are 26" (about 7/8 length), but If you need them shorter or longer, please say so in the comments!
